Your peace of mind matters to us. We carefully curate every kit and product with quality, comfort, and real-life usefulness in mind. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items in original condition and packaging.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and in like-new condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase required

Because many of our products are wellness, sensory, or personal-use items, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or altered products, including opened sensory tools, putty, slime, chewables, weighted items after use, custom bundles, or hygiene-related products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will promptly replace the item or issue an appropriate refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not already entered processing or shipment.
